Register once and a recruiter in your practice area matches you to live openings. You'll always know where you stand — we confirm every application, remind you before every interview, and tell you when your status changes. By text if you opt in, by phone and email either way.
What happens after you register
- A recruiter in your practice area reviews your profile within two business days.
- When something fits, we call first. We never submit your resume to an employer without your permission.
- We schedule every interview round and send preparation notes; if the calendar moves, we handle the rescheduling.
- At offer stage we talk through the package and manage the paperwork through your first day.
- Your record stays active for future roles until you ask us to close it. Reply STOP at any time to end texts.
Texts, if you want them
Candidates tell us email alone isn't enough when interviews move quickly. If you explicitly opt in, we send short transactional texts tied to your real activity:
- Job match alerts when new roles fit your preferences
- Application received confirmations
- Interview reminders the day before
- Reschedule and status-change notices
- Offer-stage updates
