Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bgsftalent.com and the candidate services of BGSF, Inc. ("BGSF", "we", "us"), including the BGSF Talent SMS program. Last updated: August 2026.

1. The Service

BGSF Talent is the candidate platform of BGSF, Inc., a workforce-solutions and staffing company headquartered at 14901 Quorum Drive, Suite 800, Dallas, TX 75254. The platform presents our practice areas, describes our placement process, and allows candidates to register for consideration on live roles and to opt in to transactional SMS updates.

2. Candidate Registration

When you register, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and current. Registration does not create an employment relationship with BGSF, Inc. and does not guarantee placement, interviews, or consideration for any particular role. Submitting your profile to an employer occurs only after a recruiter discusses the opportunity with you.

3. SMS Program Terms

BGSF Talent offers an optional transactional SMS program for candidates. Program description: job match alerts for new roles matching your saved preferences, application received confirmations, interview appointment reminders and reschedule notices, application status updates, and offer-stage notifications related to your candidacy with BGSF, Inc.

Consent: You may opt in only by checking the dedicated, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox on our opt-in form. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase, registration, or consideration for any role.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on new roles matching your preferences, your active applications, and scheduled interviews.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier are your responsibility.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from the program.
Help: Reply HELP, INFO, or SUPPORT for help, or contact kelly.brown@bgsftalent.com or (972) 692-2400.
Rejoin: Reply START, SUBSCRIBE, YES, or ENROLL to resubscribe after opting out.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available on major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting false candidate information, impersonating another person, scraping the site, or interfering with its operation. We may suspend access for misuse.

5. Intellectual Property

The site, its content, and the BGSF Talent name are the property of BGSF, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGSF, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the SMS program.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at https://bgsftalent.com/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
